On this page we have tried to provide as much information as possible regarding reservations, rooms, services offered and the particularities of life inside and outside the hostel, in relation to the facilities and also regarding certain aspects of internal management.

At the hostel there is only a large outdoor parking lot.
Animals
Pets are not allowed unless they are guide dogs. If this is the case, you must inform us when booking. Certain conditions apply.
Rates for children
Children aged 0 to 7 stay free at the hostel when sharing a room with an adult. Lunch from the children's menu is included for up to 2 children in this age group. For other children under 6 years old in the same family, breakfast will be charged at the children's a la carte menu rate. If an adult menu is requested for children aged 0 to 6, it will be at the parents' expense.
Children aged 0 to 7 stay free at the hotel when sharing a room with and adult. Lunch from the children'menu is included for up to 2 children in this agre group. For other children under 6 years old in the same family, breakfast will be charged at the children's à la carte menu rate. If an adult menu is requested for children aged 0 to 6, il will be at the parent's expense.
From 13 to 17 years old, for children of this age, an additional $55 per teenager is required, for a maximum of 3 per room; an amount which will be added to the total room rate.
Additional children will be charged the same rate as an additional adult, $80 per person.
Please note that meals are not available for children ages 0 to 2.
Tips
At the inn, we suggest you not tip, but make a donation to the non-profit organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of the most disadvantaged and the environment, a major partner of Auberge la Daïna.
This money will be used to carry out projects related to the organization's mission.
This donation is intended for restaurant tips and room cleaning.
Boxes and envelopes are available for guests to make their donations.
Electric bike rental
At the hostel, we offer electric bikes that you can rent by the hour or by the day. Protective equipment is included.
Users must be 18 years of age or older and have liability insurance to rent a bike. All liability associated with the use of the electric bike is the sole responsibility of the user.
Ask our concierge at reception, who will be happy to provide you with all the details and the established procedure for renting a bike at the hostel.
Developed rest areas
Rest areas are located in the Auberge's gardens. They are exclusively reserved for Auberge and Bistro guests.
Only food and drinks ordered from the Bistro may be enjoyed in these areas or on the Auberge's terrace. Picnics are not permitted in these areas.
Accepted payment methods
At the hostel, the accepted payment methods are: cash, debit card or VISA or MasterCard credit card.
Cancelation
If cancelled 24 hours or more before your arrival, no fees will be charged to your credit card.

Charging stations
At the hostel, 2 universal charging stations for electric vehicles and 2 for Tesla vehicles are available to guests, at no additional cost.
Eurepean-style concierge service
Among our services, we offer concierge services, based on the European model. At the reception desk, the person in charge is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of guests' stays (welcome, visit, advice, information, details of on-site services and related schedules, indication of areas to visit in the hostel, information and directions regarding activities and events in the surrounding area and good addresses for the evening meal, etc.)

IMPORTANT: The concierge is no longer available after 5 p.m. from mid-September to mid-June and remains open until 7 p.m. from mid-June to mid-September. The doors are locked, but a phone number is posted on the front door that connects directly to the receptionist who will be happy to open the door for you. However, it would be preferable to let us know if you plan to arrive after this time so that we can greet you upon arrival, which will save you from having to wait outside for someone to answer your call.
ALCOHOL
IMPORTANT
As the hostel does not have a liquor license, drinking alcohol is prohibited inside or outside the hostel. This includes the restaurant, bistro, multipurpose room, jacuzzi, sauna, parking lot, and outdoor seating areas.
However, it is not prohibited in your rooms. In fact, glasses and ice buckets are provided in the rooms for this purpose.
Hygiene
All products used to clean rooms, mattresses, sheets, pillows, and towels are essential oil-based. The oils used have highly effective disinfecting and purifying properties, ensuring optimal cleanliness of equipment, accessories, and premises.
Environmental protection
At the inn, we make a significant effort to protect the environment.
Recovering, repairing, recycling, composting, transforming, fighting food waste, and reducing our consumption are actions that have been implemented within our organizations for decades; they are part of our shared values.

Jacuzzi and sauna schedule
The hostel has a jacuzzi and sauna at your disposal. Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. To ensure all hostel guests have access to these facilities, we recommend reserving the times you would like to use them.
Francine, the concierge, is available to provide you with all the information you need. When the time comes, everything will be ready for you to enjoy your stay.
We count on your cooperation to respect your reservation (the times reserved) and ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their stay. If you are unable to attend at the reserved time, we ask that you contact the concierge so she can cancel or modify your reservation, subject to availability at the time.
